What does it mean if i have constant acid reflux?

You need treatment: If you have reflux more that twice weekly you should be on chronic acid suppression. If you have nausea, abdominal pain, black tarry stools, loss of appetite, early satiety or difficulty swallowing you should also have an endoscopy. You should see your doctor.
