It depends: If you were told that you have reflux, then you have high stomach acid not low. And, there were numerous research done and no definite evidence was found regarding food causing problems. However, some foods are believed to be associated worsening gerd, like very high or very cold, spices or some chocolate. It all depends on your bodies response. You need to watch diet which makes you feel worse.
