No: No. Goiter in iodine sufficient countries is usually due to multi nodular disease (mng) or due to hashimoto's thyroiditis, both of which there is no effective, lasting natural remedy (selenium in the latter showed limited help).

Goiter: I know of no "natural" remedy for goiter. Synthroid (thyroxine) is usually the first medicine given, and if that does not help, surgery or radioactive iodine would be the next step.
