Goiter: Sounds like you have an enlarged gland with a cystic changes which has been biopsied and proven benigngenerally you can do nothing medicine wise to reduce its size you can have surgery , rarely radioactive iodine or alcohol injections mostly these are just followed to assure stability of size and function.
