Vomiting: If you have an acute condition such as gastroenteritis, then the best thing is to try to take in clear liquids - such as water, gingerale, jello, tea, etc. If you can't hold those down then you might become dehydrated and need to call your doctor. I don't suggest you take a medicine for nausea at this point unless you are evaluated first by a doctor.
