Milk: Try drinking a glass of milk. If that relieves it, would not take any more naproxen. If not, should consider it is your heart that is the problem and go to the hospital to get it checked out.

NSAID gastropathy: Naproxen (naprosyn/aleve) causes gastritis and esophagitis (heartburn > chest pain). This can be improved by taking medication with food, using an antacid (maalox) and/or a proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole, etc) for 4-6 weeks. If this doesnt clear, see a gastro-enterologist - earlier if it progresses. There is less gastropahy seen with certain nsaids such as celebrex (celecoxib).

NSAID Gastropathy: Naproxen (naprosyn/aleve) causes gastritis and esophagitis (with chest burning and pain). Take med with food and consider antacid (mylanta) and/or a proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole otc) for 4-6 weeks if improving, otherwise see a gastroenterologist to rule out an ulcer. A switch to Celebrex or Mobic (meloxicam) may help. Not sure what part the sudafed is playing here, but best avoid for now.
