Suggestions: If severly depressed, seeing your doctor can help and is always encouraged. Soliciting help from friends and family can be useful. Depending on where you live, the local hospitals often offer support groups. Home health and hospice are great options. For alzheimers, the alzheimer's association offers many suggestions. Other chronic diseses have similar organizations.

Caregiving challenge: Being a caregiver & a wife can be very challenging. Make sure you get out of the house regularly. Take time to meet your own needs & even to pamper yourself. Share your thoughts & feelings with others who can understand & support you. Accept help when it is offered. Know when to ask for the help. Consider a local support group.
