Uncertain: As a caregiver were she and the patient wearing masks? Were surfaces properly disinfected. What distance were she and patient apart? How prolonged was contact? Has that person been tested for COVID 19? If there was close contact without protections and the person has symptoms consistent with COVID 19- then it would be best to isolate until the patient's COVID test results return.
