How should i transition from wife to caregiver?

Get support: Depending on what will be expected of you, you should try to find a support group and call on people you trust to help you. Remember you dont always need a break from being a wife but you always need to take breaks when you are care giving. Good luck.

Wife & Caregiver: You are both now but the focus may be more on giving care, which is what a spouse is sometimes called to do. A clinical psychologist can help w/the adjustment reaction you may be experiencing. Your spouse is blessed to have you. Peace and good health.
