Caregiver stress: Stress can be a serious matter in a caregiver. If you experience some of these signs , you should call your doctor soon. .•anger •social withdrawal •anxiety •depression •exhaustion •sleeplessness •irritability •lack of concentration ignoring them can cause you physical and mental health problems. However with adequate support and education you can cope succesfully with them.

Caregiving: I agree with Dr. Dangiolo. According to https://seniorsmatter.com/best-caregiving-personalities/ , one who tends to be quickly frustrated, easily overwhelmed by stress, anxiety prone, angry or neurotic may have difficulty adapting to the role of caregiver. A certain level of selflessness is best along with self- discipline & good organizational skills.
