A member asked:

What does it mean to have painful urination but have no stds? i have milkly discharge when i urinate and have painful urination.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Painful peeing: In a woman can be bladder, or vulvar, in man, bladder, prostatic or urethral. Vaginal milky/creamy (?Odor) common trichomonas), but urethral points to urethritis - chlamydia. I'd suggest pcp or urgent care to look, culture and treat. Difficult to sort out by this method, and do not even know your gender.
