Vaginal Burning: Sounds to me as if you may be having some residual urine or urine leakage for some reason, which is very irritating to the vaginal area. You may get a squeeze bottle filled with room temperature water and instead of using toilet paper use this to rinse off after going to the bathroom. Dab dry gently and see if this soothes pain and improves irritation.

Please bring this up with your Gynecologist who knows your medical history. If you don't have confidence in your Doctor see another for a second opinion.
