Safe exercise: Water supports the body and reduces pain during exercise for many conditions. Often people off work with a disability find the water therapy classes to provide social interaction and a scheduled time to exercise as helpful. Daily exercise at a pool or gym is something good you can do for yourself. Often sleep and mood improves with the routine.
