Neither: I am not sure what the Chinese water therapy is but there is no scientific evidence for effectiveness of oil pulling. Most will not even properly follow the instructions on oil pulling. There are numerous treatments dealing with dental care that have been proven tried and true. Talk to your dentist or periodontist.
