are skin lightening creams safe to use on burn scars? i have a scar on my arm from an oven burn. can i use a skin lightening cream on it?

Yes, you can.: Assuming the scar is well-healed, the pigmentation is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Skin lightening creams use hydroquinone or other components that can reduce the melanocyte metabolism, making them lighter. Avoiding ultraviolet stimulation is equally important!

Can't really get RID: Of scars, but you can reduce their noticibility. Use a cream called Mederma to reduce the appearance of scars.
