Unless minor, see: Doctor for wound care and prescription burn cream (silvadene). Antibiotics are usually not prescribed unless infection develops, and wound care instructions are critical. If small, use bacitracin, daily gentle cleansing, and non-stick bandages until healed. Do not use butter. If blisters break remove the dead skin and keep clean and protected as above. In doubt? See your doctor! do it wrong: scar!
