Unlikelly, but...: Very unlikely, but having said that there are many atypical signs and symptoms of heart disease. If you have the risk factors (family hx, smoking, diabetes, htn, high cholesterol) you should see your doctor, who can examine you and perform the nessecery tests to determine if you have heart disease.
