At age 21, your fear of "heart problem" likely needs to be addressed by counseling. Sweaty palms are not a sign of impending cardiac issues.

Sweaty palms are not due to cardiac issues, More likely there is some autonomic dysfunction which is causing excessive sweat gland stimulation. A dermatologist should be able to help you with this matter I prescribing an appropriate treatment.
