At 25 weeks might: Not necessarily be the tubes. Could be preterm labor, pain from fibroids, due to growing uterus. If you have fever/chills etc you should be evaluated. Ultimtaely, you want to make sure it is not preterm labor...Hope this helps. Sorry it is a bit late.
