Pregnant /pain: Would call your OB and consider ultrasound to check fetus status..

No: See your doctor for an evaluation. You may need an ultrasound to evaluate the fetus and your cervix for any premature dilation. If your baby is ok and any premature cervical dilation or short cervix exists you may benefit from progesterone supplementation and/or a cervical cerclage.
