Probaby not: A low platelet count can be caused by a wide variety of problems - but nutritional deficiency is not a significant cause.

Unrelated: Diet is not a cause of low platelet count. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
