Avoidance : You may need to be more aware of where you go to avoid known noxious odors. The use of odor neutralizers have been helpful. This usually improves after the 1st trimester. Good nutrition and vitamins are helpful and always a good idea.

Homeopathic remedy: Homeopathic nux vomica is wonderful for the nausea of pregnancy and smells can induce that so it could help with that as well. Acupuncture can also help balance you out and make pregnancy better. Obviously avoiding places where you know the smells will be intense as well.

Agree with Dr Franz: Sometimes nux vomica doesn't do it. I've helped several people with ipecachuana. Good luck.
