Possibly: The gums may become more sensitive, swollen, and bleed easier due to the hormonal changes of pregnancy. Your teeth may also seem more sensitive as well but gums are more common. If you are pregnant make sure you receive regular preventative care at your dentist. I usually recommend going at least twice during your pregnancy for checkups and cleanings. Avoid x-rays unless necessary.

Not likely: This is not likely; however, the myriad of hormonal changes involved in pregnancy can cause all kinds of symptoms. If you think you are pregnant, see your doctor.

Look elsewhere: Tooth sensitivity is not generally a sign of early pregnancy. There is a condition known as pregnancy gingivitis where the gums are more easily inflamed due to hormonal changes, but this usually occurs later in pregnancy. If your teeth are sensitive, especially suddenly, it would be wise to see a dentist to make sure that you have no dental problems. This is even more important when pregnant.
