Sure but: In the official way of counting pregnancy weeks, conception begins at the start of the third week. The first two weeks are from the beginning of the last menstrual period, up to ovulation. Ovulation and presumed conception date starts the third week. Thus anything that happens in weeks 1 and 2 are not related to pregnancy (because there is no pregnancy yet).
