Can you smoke weed while taking antabuse (disulfiram)?

No: One cannot smoke weed (marijuana) while on medications because weed is unhealthy and can react with prescription drugs; not to mention the fact that weed is illegal under U.S. Law. However, if one's doctor has prescribed weed as a medical treatment, the patient should bring in all his other medications in to review with his doctor, in case there are possible reactions among the medications.

Yes: It won't make you sick, but if you are on Antabuse (disulfiram) because you had a problem with alcohol, odds are very high that you also have a problem (or will get one) with marijuana.
