Sure: While you're taking disulfiram, alcohol will make you sick but cannabis won't affect you. Right or wrong, cannabis remains illegal in most places. You've probably had bad experiences with alcohol, and while cannabis is less likely to make you belligerent, it's not going to make you smarter, more productive, or (in the long run) happier or better-liked.
