Yes: This is an iron supplement and your multivitamin will have some in it. If you are still anemic your doctor may ask you to take additional iron supplements. Do not take unless your doctor tells you to take.

Yes: Ferrous salts and other forms of iron supplements are both safe & recommended during pregnancy and or breastfeeding after delivery.
