No: Epsom salts are for bathing or soaking in, not drinking. While the properties of epsom salt can be found in other medications, definitely it is not safe to drink, nor is it intended to be drunk. If someone you know has ingested it, i recommended calling your local poison control.

Is it safe to use epsom salt to clean your stomach while you pregnant?

?pregnancy: Generally speaking there is no issue to consume this one in term of GI tract and stomach. However, regarding pregnancy and possible over dose of sodium or magnesium, it would be a better question for an Obe.
