Call dentist : Definitely call you dentist soon because if the temporary crown does not fit snug, then your teeth could shift and your permanent crown will not fit correctly. Regarding your fillings falling out, sounds like you may have a condition with the enamel on your teeth which may explain why your dentist did a crown. I would discuss options for your fillings with the dentist.

Call you dentist: How long ago were the fillings placed? They don't last forever. Sometimes, very large filling don't hold up for long, and if that is so, then crowns may be indicated. Ask your dentist.

Ask your dentist: Question your dentist why. If they done their part this should not happen, may be is time for you to change a dentist!

Find out why: To be fair to the dentist and you, this is not a question that we can answer over the internet. It might be related to the quality of care, your adherence to following instructions and suggested treatment options, or both. Your dentist should be able to answer the question, 'why?'. If the answer does not make sense to you, or you question the quality of care, find another dentist.

Check with dentist: Many reasons for why temp comes out, it come be from foods that you eat, to bruxism, to minimal tooth structure remaining-- not enough retention, to contamination, bacteria, decay left over, etc. Bottom line-- ask your dentist for reasons why this is going on...
