I just began my root canal today but they filled it with medicine and a temporary filling and 2 return 1 week . but part just fell out what do i do ?

Temp Filling: We get these calls all the time. The temporary is a clay like material and the outer part tends to wear away or break off a bit... usually without consequence. Unless you have a really bad taste in your mouth from the medication or if a sharp edge of the tooth is cutting you, you should be fine until your next visit.

Call your office: If your Root Canal therapy is not complete and you have lost your temporary, call our office ASAP to seal the tooth preventing complications.
