Patient focused care: 1-who is in charge of my loved one? Who coordinate the consultants' opinions? 2- is a check list in use in this intensive care unit? 3-is an intensivist available 24/7 to care for my loved one? 4- are their programs to minimize hospital acquired infections? 5- are their programs to prevent mistakes?
