Grief reaction: I am assuming that you are experiencing a grief reaction: the overwhelming sadness that comes from the loss of a loved one. Yes, grief can be incapacitating. It can be terribly painful - both in body and mind. Take the very best care of yourself in both areas: get good food to eat even if you don't feel hungry, exercise, write, read, get counseling support, or join a grief support group. Good luck.
