Body Mass Index: Bmi or body mass index is how we define if a person is under or overweight. It is calculated my taking your height in meters and dividing it by your weight in kilograms squared. Or using a bmi calculator. A normal weight is a bmi between 18-25. Obese is a bmi greater than 30.

Better yet, go to google, type bmi calculator and enter you data and you will see where you stand, in general bmi up to 24 is normal, bmi 25-29 is borderline overweight and bmi - 30 or more is obese.
