Body Mass Index: Bmi or body mass index is how we define if a person is under or overweight. It is calculated my taking your height in meters and dividing it by your weight in kilograms squared. Or using a bmi calculator. A normal weight is a bmi between 18-25. Obese is a bmi greater than 30.

Body mass index: It is measure of the relation of height to body weight. Consult this site to calculate your BMI. If it is above 25, you are overweight.
