All: Every organ in the body can be injured and every bone can be broken. Worst are head injuries. Amputations aren't too pretty either. Spine injuries are not uncommon. Liver, spleen & kidney can be seriously damaged. And rib fractures, sometime lots of them-they hurt wicked.
