Contact lenses: Your eyes just appear smaller because the eyelids are less open. Try using frequent artificial tears and giving yourself a short break from contact lens wear.

Unkown answer: This is not enough information to even begin to give a decent answer. If this really happening then you need to see an ophthalmologist for evaluation to determine options.
