Epiphora: Eyes water for two basic reasons: either something is irritating them (like an onion or an allergy) and stimulating the lacrimal gland to secrete more tears, or the tear drainage system is blocked so that the normal tears cannot get down the drainage tubes to the nose. At your age it is probably the former problem--maybe an allergy?
