Ophthalmologist: See an ophthalmologist. It could be as simple as dry eyes, or possibly clogged tear drainage duct. You could try artificial tears one drop 4 times a day got a week or do. If it improves it is most likely dry eyes and the tearing is a reflex to the dryness. If doesn't then you need examination.
