The stomach pain: May be related to antibiotic given for strep. (assuming that one was prescribed). If that is the case, speak to the doctor who may decide to change the antibiotic. Taking on empty stomach may be issue as well, if that was done.

May be antibiotic: He may having some stomachache from the antibiotic. Make sure he is taking it with or without food (check label or ask pharmacist). Or it could be from Ibuprofen if he is taking that, try switching to tylenol (acetaminophen). If it isn't better in a day or he gets worse, let your doctor know.
