Not really: Any chronic condition should be treated with excellent nutrition, exercise and sleep. There are no accepted treatments for motor movement disorders that include vitamins or minerals. Avoiding stimulants such as caffeine, chocolate, and decongestants is a good idea since they can worsen tics.

Magnesium: Magnesium is natural muscle relaxant, you should tried maganesium glycinate or malate which are the best forms of magnesium as they are less likely to produce loose stool and have better absortion.
