Yes, partially: There is no single agency that licenses/monitors anti-aging clinics, but the professionals who work in those clinics are subject to licensing standards. Thus, md's at such clinics are licensed/monitored by their state medical boards. Non-md's would be supervised by the agencies appropriate to their profession. Many md's in this field are certified by the american academy of anti-aging medicine.
