Healthy lifestyle: Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, avoiding excessive calories, fats, and alcohol, and maintaining normal weight are all factors that promote and maintain health and therefore promote a healthy liver. I don't think that there's a "fix" for chronic liver disease.
