A multitude: Difficult to answer because so many substances are either activated or eliminated by liver & in high enough doses (eg.Acetaminophen) can overwhelm liver's ability to cope. Partial list of herbs:pyrrolizidine alkaloids, mistletoe, certain wild mushrooms, kava kava, hydroxycut, germander, carmellia sinensis, pennyroyal, atractylis gummifera, chaparral, greater sellandine, jin bu huan. Total list: long!

Drugs & Herbs: individually and in combination can be toxic to the big filter in the body called the liver. There is a long list. Please make sure any meds or herbs you take are under the guidance of your doctor and a certified herbal practitioner and that both know everything you are taking. Peace and good health.
