Nope: Gallbladder disorders have more than one trigger, but keeping your diet reasonably low on saturated fats and triglycerides will definitely improve your chances of gallbladder health.

Gall bladder flush: You can do the gall bladder flush - drink apple juice for 1 week 8oz per day then on the day you want to do flush mix 3tablespoon epsom salt with 750ml water and keep it cool in fridge. No food after 2 pm on the day you are doing flush. Drink the first 200ml of the epsom drink at 6pm, another 200ml at 10pm (add 1 oz lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil to this mix) and finish the rest of mix in the am.

Afraid Not: Although there are steps you can take to help lessen the likelihood of suffering from bouts of gallbladder pain (low fat diet, avoid greasy foods, etc.) once you experience an attack of gallbladder pain, the chances of having repeat attacks increases. The only way to successfully treat this is by surgically removing the gallbladder.
