Yes: It is wise to limit pesticide exposure & this is especially important when pregnant, esp. In the first trimester. But it is not always possible to eat only organic produce. Some non-organic produce is much more heavily contaminated with pesticides (like apples, celery & strawberries) than others (onions & avocados).
