Depends: Its very hard to tell. There are many types of heart conditions ranging from a slight murmur to severe problems with the valves and the blood vessels around the heart. With proper treatment most people heart disease will have full life. Prevention with proper diet and exercise is the key to much of the heart disease we in the US.
