Hello. : Hello. I have noticed that you tagged this as "eating disorders". Have you been diagnosed with an eating disorder, or are you wondering if you have one. In psychiatry we always recommend that you be worked up for a possible medical cause before it is labeled as a psychiatric problem. So, if this has not been medically evaluated - recommend that be done. Some people, who have anxiety problems, find them self nauseated when they eat. If that is an issue, than exploring the underlying anxiety would be very beneficial. If you have an eating disorder and have induced emesis in the past, it can almost become an ingrained pattern and people can become very nauseated when they eat. Recommend: 1 medical work up and 2. Behavioral health evaluation, if no medical etiology was noted.
