You : You might start by gently asking him if he is inducing himself to vomit after dinner. Sometimes people will say that they don't "purge" (make themself vomit) even if they do, because they are embarrassed. Some people make themself vomit after they have gorged themself. If your bodyfriend says that the vomiting isn't self induced then encourage him to see his family physician. If he indicates that he deliberately makes himself vomit, then encourage him to see a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist. Often people who make themselves vomit, have little scabs on their knuckles, where there skin meets teeth (when they put their hand down their throat). Good luck.
