Yes, : Yes, having taken it before, does not preclude use of Lexapro (escitalopram) again. However, recommend that she be under a physicians' care.

She : She may start it again but recommend she start at 1/2 tab for 1-2 weeks and then increase to full tab so as to decrease risk of side effects. She should see her regular provider again and consider cognitive behavioral therapy (counseling).
