Yes : Yes it can be transferred by touch. You need immediate evaluation and care for both the eye infection and vaginal candida infection at an emergency department or urgent care clinic.

Not usually: It would be unusual to transmit a yeast infection to the outside of the eye. It might occur in someone whose immune system is compromised, such as a person on chemotherapy, high dose steroids or havinga a disease such as leukemia.
