Hello. : Hello. With constipation, your stool becomes hard and dry. It can be difficult to push out feces like this. Sometimes pain can be caused by having a lot of feces in your rectum, internal hemorrhoids, external hemrrhoids or an anal fissure. These can be sources of bleeding. If the bleeding continues, it should be medically evaluated. Hopefully, you drink at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day to avoid constipation. Eating 5 servings of vegetables and 5 servings of fruit per day and avoiding junk food will also help. At this point, you might need to drink prune juice or take an over the counter laxative. Try to be physically active every day.
